Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, we’re ready to welcome you from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Payment methods
You can pay the bill for your relaxing stay at Silou Retreat in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and debit card, or by bank transfer.
For non-refundable rates, the entire amount of your stay must be paid in advance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
On our website, we offer different types of rates. Purchase conditions and cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate and are always clearly stated during the booking process on our online reservation platform. We kindly recommend reading them carefully before confirming your booking.
In general, the following options are available:
The non-refundable rate requires full prepayment at the time of booking and does not allow cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.
The free cancellation rate allows you to cancel without penalty within the deadline specified at the time of confirmation. After this deadline, or in case of no-show, a penalty may apply according to the rate conditions.
The Be Safe Rate is a flexible rate that includes insurance coverage. It offers protection in the event of documented unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the associated policy.
For full and up-to-date details for each rate, the conditions shown on our online booking platform are always binding. We encourage you to review them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
Pets
At Silou Retreat, only small-sized dogs are allowed, and only upon request. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area, breakfast room, and (indoor and outdoor) wellness area , and must be kept on a leash inside the hotel. Owners are responsible for the cleanliness of the animal and must ensure that their pets do not disturb other hotel guests. Any damage caused by animals will be charged to their owners.
Please also inform the housekeeper about the time for cleaning theroom.

Last-minute rates
If you book two days or less before arrival, you’ll enjoy the best rate. In this case, if you cancel your trip within 24 hours before check-in time, you’ll be charged the full amount of your booking.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax applicable from 1 May 2024 amounts to €1.50 per person and day.
The tax is reduced by 50% (€0.75) in the following cases: low season (01/05 - 15/06 and 01/10 - 30/11) and for organised groups with at least 25 participants.
Children under 15 years of age, residents of Valle d’Aosta, and guests staying for more than 7 consecutive nights are exempt from this tax.
Restaurant opening hours
Our Le 3 Fiette Restaurant serves delicious and fine creations from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m., and dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
For lunch, you can also enjoy traditional dishes from Valle d’Aosta served at our Bistrot from 12.30 p.m. to 2 p.m., or charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and salads (cold dishes until 6 p.m.).
