The most appreciated one on our menu is dedicated to the place where the restaurant and Silou Retreat are situated: Mont Avic. We’re talking about a raspberry semifreddo with cocoa foam, cream cheese, raspberries in gel, and dehydrated raspberries. An incredible combination of freshness, creaminess, and just the right note of sweetness. Our menu also includes some flambé desserts, which are finished right at the table, in front of your eyes. A truly impressive show!
