If you want to experience the authentic and genuine flavours of Valle d’Aosta or have a light lunch, then our Bistrot is the right place for you. In fact, we serve traditional dishes such as “Chnéffléne gnocchi” pasta or creamy “polenta concia” with fontina cheese, a wide selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, as well as stuffed sandwiches and salads.
Psst ... the Bistrot is perfect for grabbing a snack or coffee after a sauna session or walk.
Sun-kissed lunch
The distinctive element of our Bistrot is his relaxing and laid-back atmosphere. On sunny days, you can indulge in our simple yet delicious dishes outdoors, perhaps accompanied by a refreshing beer. Our terrace is the right place to enjoy some good food, have a chat, and admire the view of the stunning surroundings.
The Bistrot is also open to external guests, and is therefore a particularly popular place for hungry hikers.
SILOU BAR
The Silou bar is open all day for coffee and drinks, or to enjoy an aperitif with a view on the veranda before dinner.
For those feeling hungry, a bar menu is available until 6:00 pm, offering sharing boards, salads and sandwiches.
