Immerse yourself in nature, where you can truly embrace the melody of silence and regenerate completely. It’s an activity that’s both simple and comprehensive, as it puts the whole body in motion. And then, when the snow piles up, the fun doubles! Once you’re back at Silou Retreat, treat yourself to a massage to loosen up your muscles.

When temperatures drop below zero, the numerous waterfalls of Mont Avic Natural Park freeze over and turn into an outdoor playground for ice climbing enthusiasts.
