An unexpected hotel with spa in Valle d’Aosta

Access and opening hours. Access to the Spa and Pool areas is permitted to Guests aged 15 and above. Facilities are available from 10:00 to 20:00. Hotel Guests do not need to book in advance; the access is included from check in to check out. Any external access may be considered only subject to real time availability, with absolute priority always given to hotel Guests.

Quiet environment and devices. The Spa is dedicated to rest. Silence is required in the indoor relaxation areas. Outdoors, discretion is required, including in the use of electronic devices. Please avoid calls and any content that may disturb the atmosphere or other Guests’ privacy.

Hygiene and body products. Showering is mandatory before and after using the pool and the whirlpool. Please avoid entering the water with body creams, oils or products that are not fully rinsed off, or with leave on products, as they may affect water quality and surfaces.

Dress code. Swimwear is required in all water areas. In the sauna, using the sauna without swimwear is recommended, but not mandatory. Slippers are not allowed in the sauna, the steam bath and the Mediterranean bath. A swim cap is not mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended for hair that has undergone lightening, colouring or other treatments.

Steam bath and Mediterranean bath, benches. For hygiene reasons, please rinse the bench before and after use in the steam bath and the Mediterranean bath, following the on site instructions.

Food, drinks and smoking. Only food and beverages provided at the relaxation room buffet are allowed. Smoking is not permitted on the sun terrace or by the poolside.

Use of facilities and safety. Access to the sauna, steam bath, Mediterranean bath, water paradise, reaction showers, ice cascade, outdoor pool and outdoor whirlpool is free, provided that posted instructions and staff guidance are respected. If in doubt, please ask our team. There is no lifeguard service. Use of the Spa and Pool areas is at the Guest’s own responsibility, including with regard to personal health conditions and individual sensitivities.

Health information. If you have any condition that may interfere with the use of the facilities, especially skin conditions, inflammation, contagious conditions or general illness, please inform Reception before access. Our team will provide sensible guidance for your comfort and for the benefit of other Guests.

Zerobody. The Zerobody bed is available at an additional charge and by reservation. Please contact Reception.

Limitations. Management reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend access to one or more facilities for technical or safety reasons, or under particular conditions, especially during thunderstorms or adverse weather.

Lockers, safekeeping and personal belongings. Lockers are available. Management is not responsible for the contents of lockers or for unattended items. For safekeeping of valuables, please contact Reception.
